Shipping Notice

Some items on our site are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. These items incur a $35 shipping fee, which helps cover international shipping and handling costs.

To easily identify where an item is shipping from, please check the pickup availability message located below the “Add to Cart” button:

• “Available for pickup” → Item ships from Canada

• “Not available for pickup” → Item ships from the U.S. and will include the $35 shipping fee

We aim to be as transparent as possible so you can make informed decisions before placing your order.

• All US orders ship from our warehouse in San Francisco, using FEDEX.
• Shipping rates will be determined at checkout using delivery address and order weight.
• Orders over $100 ship free!
